SVOA Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for everyone's time and to allow other animals to benefit from available appointments, any session must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Beyond this deadline, the session will be charged in full, whether it took place or not.

In the event of an emergency or force majeure, please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that we can find a solution together.
